About us
Livory - The core of future living. Livory is a Germany-wide real estate developer with a focus on Build-to-Rent (BTR) and serviced apartments.
Since 2001, more than 7,500 residential units have been completed, representing a total investment volume of approximately €1.6 billion. Livory is currently developing around 2,300 units with an investment volume of about €900 million.
All projects are implemented in accordance with high ESG and sustainability standards. The integrated ESG approach particularly addresses the fields of decarbonization, climate adaptation, circular economy, and biodiversity. Livory is a portfolio company of Henderson Park.
Acquisition
We acquire land nationwide in cities with a population of 10,000 or more, focusing on A, B, and C locations. Our core asset classes include subsidized housing, student accommodation, apartment buildings, senior living, urban district developments, and hotels. For individual properties, we look for a gross floor area (GFA) of at least 4,000 square meters; for district developments, up to 90,000 square meters.
We purchase both undeveloped land and conversion sites or existing buildings and bring extensive experience in the redevelopment and repurposing of complex locations.

At Livory Capital, we consolidate our investment activities, support institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals, and manage the sale of in-house developments by the Livory Group.
